Conchita Mango Barbecue Sauce is a Caribbean-leaning barbecue sauce built on ripe mango, vinegar, and tomato — sweet and bright up front, savory on the finish, with no heat.
Common Uses: Brushed onto chicken in the last minutes on the grill, glazed over lechón asado before it comes out of the oven, spooned over pollo a la plancha, or used as a dipping sauce for tostones and fried yuca. Also works as a marinade base when thinned with citrus juice.
