RETURN POLICY
You may return an item in its original condition and packaging or container for a refund or credit within 7 days of receiving your order. A restocking fee may apply on all non food items, food items are not returnable, but if we accept a return a 25% fee will be applied on all food items. For obvious and sanitary reasons only canned or unopened food items may be considered for a return. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. To initiate your return process, please E mail us at: CustomerCare@Cubanfoodmarket.com to obtain a "return authorization number". Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip including the authorization number. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Return the item via UPS or US Postal Service. Please insure the package and secure a tracking number to protect yourself in case it gets lost or damaged in transit.

If you chose to cancel an order after it has been shipped, or you refuse delivery, you will be charged for the corresponding shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. It will be your responsibility to return the order to us.
Seasonal merchandise , fresh produce, frozen item, party supplies, party goods, customized items are NON REFUNDABLE for any reason. Memorabilia, school books, old books and all collectibles in general are also non returnable under any circumstance.
