Badia Mojo Rub is the dry-spice version of classic Cuban mojo — garlic, citrus peel, oregano, and cumin already blended and ready to crust onto pork, chicken, or yuca.

Common Uses: dry rub for lechón asado and pernil before slow roasting, seasoning for pollo asado on the grill, crust for masas de puerco, finishing sprinkle over yuca con mojo.
