How to brew cafecito

1. Fill cafetera base with water to safety valve.
2. Pack Bustelo into funnel — level off, no pressing.
3. Add sugar (2-3 tbsp) to a separate cup; capture first drops of coffee with sugar and whip 30 seconds for the espumita.
4. Pour remaining coffee in, stir, serve in small cups.
