What's the difference between Sazón Tropical and regular Sazón?
Badia Sazón Tropical with Annatto and Coriander includes both annatto (for the deep yellow-orange color in rice and stews) and coriander (for the citrusy-warm aroma). It's the version Cuban-American kitchens use for pollo guisado and arroz con pollo. The plain Sazón Tropical drops the coriander but keeps annatto.
