Pan de Media Noche ("midnight bread") is the sweeter, softer, egg-enriched cousin of Pan Cubano. It's named after the famous medianoche sandwich — the late-night Cuban sandwich served at Havana cabarets that needed a bread softer than Pan Cubano. Pillowy, slightly sweet, with a thin golden crust.

How to use
