Whole and ground spices are the backbone. Oregano comes whole, ground and organic, up to a 1.35 lb bag; cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper and Spanish saffron sit alongside it. Garlic gets its own shelf: minced in water, minced black garlic, and powder from the 16 oz jar to a 4 lb tub. Salts run from the pink Himalayan 8 oz can to 5 lb pouches.
